Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila



Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business

  • Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or any related course

  • Preferably with 2 years’ work experience in sales, training, marketing and/or business development

  • Excellent presentation and client management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Proficient in MS Office programs

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Required Skill(s): Lead Generation, Prospecting, Presentation, Relationship Building, Excellent

  • Communication, Negotiation, Analytical, Strategic Thinking

  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.


Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales generating activities for brokers

  • Participate in broker group/associations events and activities

  • Monitor the day-to-day sales activities of brokers

  • Orchestrate leasing strategies that will amplify, maximize and develop tenant occupancy of all properties

  • Conduct regular market appraisals, keeps abreast of market development and indicators, advices management of trends on rental rates, new opportunities, trends and competitions

  • Liaises with the existing tenants, explicate to tenant and clients about ongoing and forth coming development of the property

  • Liaises with the property management team in regards to the tenant coordination meetings to ensure that the client submit their architectural and electrical plans in order to handover the premises on schedule

  • Prepares and adhere to the annual budget for leasing, prepare the forecasted budget reflecting the revenue in terms of rent, service charges and other applicable charges


Marketing:

  • Help conceptualize dynamic yearly Marketing Plan with the Marketing Staffs and Marketing Officer

  • Detail every program/event with projected costs;

  • Market events/projects for possible sponsors;

  • Implement promotional activities;

  • Oversees the execution of the decorations/designs of our properties;

  • Collaborate with other properties with regards to their strategies in promoting and developing our business;

  • Oversees marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with brand strategies;

  • Develops plan to get market to action (sales, traffic, engagement both in Social Media and physical clients);

  • Develop and execute social media strategy for our properties. Ensure that our social media content, are updated, quality-checked, accurate and aligned with our properties strategy;

  • Develop social media strategy for events and campaigns;

  • Ensure that content and requirements required for all communication channels are followed and within the guidelines set forth by the department
