TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Qualifications

 -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

 -At least 2 years working experience specializing in Human Resource - Training 

 -Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

 -Creative and innovative in preparing its module for presentation and discussion

 -Good time keeping skills and the ability to multitask to effectively manage training schedule

 -Highly proactive, enthusiastic and with innovative approach to work

 

Job Description:

 -Identifies training and development needs through job analysis, result of appraisal and consultation with immediate supervisor;

 -Conduct researches, gathers reference materials and prepares training modules based on the identified talents and skills needed by the company;

 -Prepares pre and post-test to evaluate training programs; monitors and reviews the progress of trainees' learning and report the outcome to the immediate supervisor;

 -Benchmarks with current issues and trends concerning new development in HR practices;

 -Coordinate with other consultants regarding their upcoming seminars and trainings that will fit  our chosen employees;

 -In-charge of company events like Summer Outing, Christmas Party, etc.
