Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
With at least 2 years’ working experience as an HR.
Required Skill(s): Training and Development.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly literate computer with capability in email, MS Offices and related business and communication tools.
Has strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Effective people management skills.
With strong presentation skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
DUTIES:
Identifies training and development needs through job analysis, result of appraisal and consultation with immediate supervisor.
Conducts research, gathers reference materials and prepares training modules based on the identified talents and skills needed by the company.
Prepares pre and post-test to evaluate trainings programs; monitors and reviews the progress of trainees’ learning and reports the outcome to the immediate supervisor.
Benchmarks with current issues and trends concerning new development in HR practices.
Coordinate with other consultants regarding their upcoming seminars and training that will suit our chosen employees.
In-charge on Company events like Summer Outing, Christmas Party, etc.
Admin Works:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department.
• Provide prompt services that are of the highest quality to the clients/visitors’ inquiries and provide them with the required information via phone, personal or email.
• Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages.
• Handle the complaints and try to solve them immediately.
• Ensure that all the procedures and safety measures are being followed by the employees/visitors and adhere to all the related work rules.
• Entering some important data and handling the filing and inventory system.
• Assist our clients and customers in the conference room and provide them with refreshments.
• Arrange the conference room for meetings and activities.
• Ensures the Corporate Office is safe, clean and well organized.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. Receive, and sort daily mail/deliveries and couriers.
• Maintain security and safety by following our procedures and controlling access (Visitor’s ID);
• Maintain and monitor the office supplies.
• Keep a record of all the business transactions.
• Other duties that may assign from time to time.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring the completeness of Plantilla.
Responsible for company representation to all clients.
Responsible in effective and efficient deliveries of all program events of the HRD.
Responsible for maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of our Corporate Office
Responsible in continuous delivery of excellent Customer Service
