(1) ENGINEERING STAFF

Job Type: Full-time

Willing to be assigned in Baguio City

Qualifications:

• Any 4 year course related to Engineering courses or Vocational Training.

• Minimum of 1 year work related experience.

• Must be knowledgeable in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing and Air conditioning equipment and systems.

• Must be keen on details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service.

• Dynamic, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.

• Hardworking and honest.

• Willing to assign at Baguio City.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Regular inspection of building facilities that include generators, transformers, A/C systems, Exhaust systems, fire alarm systems, pump monitor, lighting systems, etc.

• Attend all repairs immediately.

• Implement preventive maintenance on all equipment's.

• Supervision of building electrical wirings, cablings and lighting facilities.

• Supervise building works including tenant renovations; verify if all works conform to the approved plans.

• Counter check power and water meter billing.

• Coordinate with all preventive maintenance agencies.

• Monitor agency personnel when conducting preventive maintenance.

• Implement control on tools, equipment / parts pull out.

• Update and maintain equipment, tools, parts inventories.

• Counter check / verify deliveries.

• Canvass supplies, equipment part, construction materials, other tools and equipment whenever needed.

• Prepare maintenance reports and other related matters.

• Other technical work that will be assigned to you.

• Other related matters given by the supervisor.

Pay: Php16,000.00 – Php20,000.00 per month
